If you are purchasing a package for an existing Vivrelle member, please include the name and email address associated with the member's account on the checkout page. Once the purchase is completed, our team will credit the appropriate account or reach out to introduce the member to their VIP Bridal Stylist if they are a bride.

If you are an existing member and have not been contacted by our team within 24 hours, please email us at membership@vivrelle.com with your purchase details. This will ensure we can promptly activate your account and provide the necessary assistance.

Absolutely! If the intended recipient does not already have a Vivrelle account, they will need to apply for a membership. Please have them visit vivrelle.com/apply and complete the application, using “giftcard” along with the gift card code as the referral code. If their membership application is accepted, our team will add the appropriate credits to their account.

Gift card applicants will be eligible to skip the Vivrelle waitlist and have their applications reviewed within 2 business days. After the receivers account is created, Vivrelle will credit the appropriate amount to their account, which will be reflected in their account page. Please note that buying a gift card does not guarantee acceptance to Vivrelle. Should a gift card recipient not be eligible for a Vivrelle membership, the gift card purchase will be refunded back to the purchaser.

To be eligible to purchase or participate in Vivrelle's Something Borrowed Program, you must be an individual involved in an upcoming wedding event. This includes brides-to-be, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride/groom, and other wedding guests looking to enhance their outfits. When purchasing a package, you will need to provide a valid wedding date and a registry link as part of the verification process. This ensures that the program is exclusively available to those celebrating and participating in wedding events.

For packages like the Besties Experience and the Mother of Package, the redemption process is as follows:

• Purchasing the Package: One person (the purchaser) buys the package for the entire group.
• Email Submission: The purchaser should email us the email addresses of all the recipients who will benefit from the package. This allows us to match the membership applications with the correct accounts and apply the credits accordingly. If a recipient is already a Vivrelle member, they do not need to apply again; we will directly apply the credit to their existing Vivrelle account.
• Using the Gift Card Code: Each recipient should use the same gift card code provided by the purchaser when they apply for their Vivrelle membership. There will only be one gift card code per group, ensuring all members receive their appropriate credits.

For packages specifically designated for the bride, such as the Signature Bridal Package and the "For the Bride" portion of the Mother of Package, the bride will receive exclusive access to our bridal capsule collection and a dedicated VIP Bridal Stylist.

If you purchase other packages for non-bride participants, they will gain access to the extensive Vivrelle collection of designer handbags, jewelry, and diamonds. Additionally, they will enjoy all the perks of being a Vivrelle member, including access to our regular collections and member benefits.
